Sales Hero – Munich, Germany

Your tasks:

You’ll work for our customers to support their growth with your expertise and experience. Tasks in customer projects will be:

Direct and indirect generation of leads

Strategic partner management and partner maintenance

Winning customers via partners

Setting up KPIs to measure and control lead generation

Development of strategies for lead generation

Development of strategies and concepts for the the optimal sales approach of our customers

Development of new market and product ideas

Market research and competitive intelligence

Proactively monitor market trends and systematically evaluate new business opportunities

Representative tasks at events and fairs

Administration, support and development of the internal CRM system

Close cooperation with the management, marketing and product management

You are:

Experienced – at least 3 years experience in B2B sales (SaaS, Hardware, Digital preferred)

Choosing which metrics/KPIs to focus on, always in accordance with the other departments.

Bringing traditional and creative ideas how to grow those KPIs.

A/B testing those ideas Analyzing the data and users’ feedback.
